This service is intended for adults age 18 or older seeking assistance in the United States. Submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not use the site to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, compromise security, or send automated or abusive inquiries.

Content is general educational information, not individualized tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Tax rules and procedures change. Use official sources and qualified advice for your circumstances. An inquiry does not stop collection activity, extend a notice deadline, or guarantee a referral, representation, acceptance by the IRS, or any reduction in tax debt.
Providers, fees, and referrals
There is no charge to submit an inquiry here. Providers may charge fees under their own agreements. We may receive compensation for referrals. Providers are independent and responsible for their services, statements, qualifications, and agreements. Review written fees, scope, and cancellation terms before hiring.
Communications and consent
When submitting an inquiry, review the referral request and recording permission beside the final checkbox. The Anchor Digital LLC collects and may sell inquiries; receiving providers handle follow-up. This general request does not grant seller-specific permission to override Do Not Call restrictions or authorize automated, prerecorded or artificial-voice marketing calls or marketing texts.
